1. Acceptance of Terms การยอมรับข้อกำหนด

By accessing or using the Gallery service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.

2. Account Registration & Free Tier การลงทะเบียนและบัญชีฟรี

You may register for a free account with a permanent free tier that includes:

• Up to 10 photos — รองรับสูงสุด 10 รูป
• 1 album — 1 อัลบั้ม
• No video support — ไม่รองรับวิดีโอ
• No expiration — บัญชีฟรีไม่มีวันหมดอายุ

The free tier is permanent and will not expire. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Pro Subscription & Billing การสมัครสมาชิกแบบ Pro และการชำระเงิน

A Pro subscription unlocks unlimited photos, albums, and additional features. Pro plans are available at the following rates:

Payment methods accepted: PromptPay QR (สำหรับลูกค้าในประเทศไทย) and Stripe (international cards). Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor; we do not store your payment card details.

Pro subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing period. You may cancel at any time from your Dashboard.

4. Refund Policy นโยบายการคืนเงิน

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all Pro subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund.

After the 14-day period, refunds are not provided for partial months or years of service. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
• Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Abuse of promotional codes may result in account suspension.

By uploading Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload illegal, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content.
• Upload malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Engage in spamming, scraping, or automated access without written permission.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks.

We reserve the right to remove any Content or suspend any account that violates this policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• Pro subscription fees paid are non-refundable except as provided in Section 4.
